Refund and Returns Policy

At Xinhang Trading (Sheyang) Co., Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Must not be a final sale, clearance, or custom-made item (non-returnable).
  • Must not be damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Email xinhangtrading@gmail.com with the subject: “Return Request – [Your Order Number].”
  • Provide a brief reason for the return and attach clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

Step 2: Approval & Return Shipping

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Lingerie, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Accessories & jewelry
  • Customized or personalized items

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
